● Two cups of unsweetened soy yogurt (approx. 500 g)
● Half a teaspoon of sea salt
● Cylindrical container
● Elastic band
The preparation process:
The first step you need to take is to drain out the excess liquid from the soy yogurt. In this way, you will get a creamy texture necessary for your creamy cheese to be deemed a success. Prepare the napkin or a piece of clean cloth, a cylindrical container (jar or appropriate large glass) and an elastic band.

● Eight ounces of your homemade vegan cream cheese or any brand you like and buy
● One teaspoon (5 grams) of minced garlic
● One-quarter of a teaspoon of Kosher salt
● Freshly ground black pepper to your taste
● One tablespoon (14 grams) of lemon juice
● Three tablespoons of finely chopped chives (save some for garnish too)

● Cutting board
